Download the Lexie app. (The Lexie app is free to download from the Google Playstore or the Apple App Store)

Power on your hearing aids. (Press and hold down the World Volume down button on each hearing aid)

Follow the instructions on the Lexie app to finish connecting your hearing aids. (Learn how to wear and use your hearing aids with our video tutorials)
TIP: For the best experience, connect your hearing aids via the Lexie app instead of the Bluetooth® menu on your phone.

Bluetooth® technology is a wireless standard used in devices to connect and stream information between them, provided all devices are Bluetooth compatible and the Bluetooth feature is switched on.
Bluetooth can be switched off on your smartphone or tablet by accessing the settings page. However, on Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids, the Bluetooth function remains on automatically when your hearing aids are powered on. This Bluetooth feature allows commands such as World Volume and or Environment changes to be transmitted wirelessly from the Lexie app to your hearing aids.
NOTE: If the Bluetooth function is switched off on your smartphone or tablet, you won't be able to transfer app adjustments to your Lexie hearing aids or stream phone calls.
Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids will also allow you to stream phone calls directly from your iPhone® or Android™ device to your hearing aids using Bluetooth.
NOTE: Streaming will reduce the battery life of your smartphone or tablet and hearing aids.

No, only Lexie B2 Hearing Aids (manufactured after March 2023) and Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids support call streaming.
iPhone® users with a hearing aid firmware version of 1.13.14 and above are already compatible with phone call streaming and a firmware update is not required.
If you're wondering if your product can be upgraded to support iOS® and Android™ streaming, you have two options:

Check the firmware version of your hearing aids by navigating to Profile -> My Hearing Aids. If you see a firmware version 1.13.16your hearing aids are eligible to complete this update to enable streaming.

You can enjoy the following streaming features when your Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids are connected to your Android™ devices:
- Bluetooth® Functionality,
- Control your hearing aids via the Lexie app (such as World Volume, Environment changes, etc.), and
- Phone call streaming.*
